- WHAT IF I PLACED AN ORDER THROUGH ETSY?
- All orders placed through Etsy will still be made and shipped on or before their estimated shipping deadlines.
- IS THE 8 WEEK TURN AROUND TIME ACCURATE?
- We understand it doesn't take 8 weeks to make one tumbler, however we typically have many orders in front of your order once it is placed. Often times a social media video will go viral and a wave of orders will come in all at once, so the 8 week turn around time is set in anticipation for that. We do our best to ship orders out as early as possible!
- WHAT IF I FORGOT TO ADD INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE THE TUMBLER?
- If you forget to include information in the notes section of the checkout page, please contact me through the contact form and I will add the details to your order sheet.
- ARE THE TUMBLERS SMOOTH TO THE TOUCH?
- Yes! Our tumblers have a minimum of 4 layers of epoxy on them, completely covering all glitter and vinyl/images placed on the tumbler.
- HOW DO I GET THE HIDDEN MESSAGE IN MY CUP TO SHOW?
- The hidden message tumblers show up best in direct sunlight or using a UV light.
