Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason unless solely initiated by myself.

Please check spelling for any names, no changes can be made to your order once it is placed. Please ensure shipping address and personalization are correct before purchasing! By purchasing one of my products you are agreeing that you understand this.

Each item and picture shown in my shop is the original product by myself and will be recreated, but will never be exact. Since these items are handmade, no two products are ever exactly the same.

With handmade items, minor imperfections may occur in the items. I am not a machine and no handmade product is ever free of slight flaws or inconsistencies

Once an item leaves my hands I cannot be held responsible for how long shipping takes or the package not being delivered or being delivered to the wrong address. It is your responsibility to contact USPS to file a claim with the tracking that is provided by Etsy.

If your item arrives damaged I must be contacted within 24 hours of your package being delivered with a picture of the item and the packaging it arrived in.

Please treat this product with care as it is handmade and can be quite fragile. Hand wash only, not microwave safe, not dishwasher safe, do not leave in hot cars and/or high temps or direct sunlight. DO NOT DROP!

For white cups or cups with large areas of white, please be aware that epoxy naturally yellows over time. I use a UV resistant epoxy that slows the process of yellowing, however this will not stop the yellowing from happening all together. Keep your cups out of direct sunlight as much as possible
